Sinpyeongso Park in Gijang, Busan

   After lunch in late March 2026, I suddenly felt like seeing some spring flowers, so my husband and I visited Sinpyeongso Park in Gijang, Busan.

   We went to see the daffodils and enjoy the coastal scenery. This review shares what the flowers looked like during our visit, where we parked, and where I took photos.

1. Getting There & Parking

   The drive from Ilgwang Beach took us about 10 minutes along the beautiful coastal road.

   During our visit, the small parking lot was free to use and appeared to have space for around five cars.

2. What You’ll See

   Walk down the path next to the parking lot and you’ll find a small outdoor stage facing the sea. It looks like a perfect place for a small concert on a warm spring day.

   Keep walking past the pavilion and you’ll also find a path leading down to the rocky coast. The blue ocean view is peaceful and beautiful.

   The route from the parking lot toward the sea, passing the outdoor stage, had wide steps and sloping sections. We found the path toward the pavilion and the coast comfortable to walk along.

   We then came across the bright yellow daffodils. They were in full bloom when we visited in late March 2026. Most were in the middle of the park, with smaller patches near the road and along the coast.

   The flower garden was small, and to me, it felt like a seaside garden rather than an expansive flower field.

   My husband even spotted a single white daffodil among the yellow flowers! It was a small detail that made our first flower outing of the spring feel extra special.🕊️

3. Taking Photos by the Sea

   Quite a few people were visiting that day, and some had brought tripods. Rather than wait to take photos in the center of the park, I photographed the daffodils growing closer to the sea.

   I also recorded a short video of the flowers gently moving in the ocean breeze. We spent about 30 minutes at the park, enjoying the flowers, taking photos, and looking out at the sea.

   What I enjoyed most was seeing the spring flowers and the ocean together. The daffodil garden was small, but it made our spontaneous outing after lunch feel special.💛
