Solibo in Gijang, Busan

I met a close friend after a long time and had a small get-together with friends from Busan.

1. Outside and Parking

From Exit 2 of Ilgwang Station, cross one street and you will see a building with a bright orange sign.

We walked there, but there is parking in the building. If it’s full, you can park at Eco Terrace across the street, and they support the parking fee.

There was also a notice saying the restaurant is closed every Wednesday.📢

2. Inside the Restaurant

The restaurant was quiet and cozy with soft lighting. Marble tables and pastel chairs made the space feel clean and warm.

We ordered using a tablet at the table, and the staff brought the food to us.

   We ordered:

Bulgogi Pizza (21,000 KRW)

Shrimp Rosé Pasta (18,000 KRW)

There was a large pizza oven next to our table, and the kitchen was open, so we could see inside.

3. Pizza & Pasta

Our table was set with plates, water, and pickles, and the food came out soon.

The Bulgogi Pizza was cooked in a wood-fired oven, so the crust was chewy and tasty.

It had a lot of beef and fresh salad on top, and every bite was full and satisfying.

The meat was soft, and it went well with the fresh vegetables and crust.🍕✨

When I tried the Shrimp Rosé Pasta, I understood why this place is famous.

The sauce was rich but not heavy, and full of flavor. It was creamy but not greasy, and the shrimp were big and fresh.🦐🤍

I liked it so much that I came back two months later with my parents.

   We ordered:

Bulgogi Pizza (21,000 KRW)

Seafood Tomato Pasta (21,000 KRW)

Cream Risotto (18,000 KRW)

My parents liked the pizza the most, and they also enjoyed the slightly spicy pasta. The risotto was a bit too creamy for us.

If you are looking for a nice Italian restaurant or a good pizza and pasta place near Ilgwang Station in Busan, I highly recommend Solibo.
